Forais model
(Why not get images for this Foral, I leave you the frontispiece of the Provincial Manueline given to the city in 1516):
Demos a look at the charters of our current county, but making the case Lavos, with Letters of charter of the Monastery of Santa Cruz in 1155 and the Bishop of Coimbra in 1190, all others are already late - the time of D. Manuel, the sixteenth century - and they all obey the implementation of other logic in the exercise of power: centralization, supported by an "administrative machine" King, who all want to normalize / track.
Leaving our "alfoz" seeking Provincial Letters older and with national impact, it is imperative to look at two of the most important and significant, since they have become models other counties followed later: the of Coimbra, 1111 , even given the time of the County of Portugal, and of Lisbon in 1179 , granted by King Afonso Henriques, thirty years after the conquest of the city.
I refer you to some documentation for their interest, I advise you to consult!

Welcome Poem For Wedding Guest
Phoenicians in Brazil?
The Phoenicians settled on the eastern shores of the Mediterranean, the thin, fertile strip located between the sea and the mountains Lebanon and Anti-Lebanon. The smallness of its territory, the presence of powerful neighbors, and there are lots of cedar wood (good for shipbuilding), in the forested mountains appear to have been additional factors that guided the Phoenician civilization to the sea. visited the northern coasts of Africa and throughout southern Europe, traded in Italy, entered the Euxine (Black Sea) and went out to the Pillars of Hercules (Straits of Gibraltar), playing the Atlantic coast of Africa and reaching the islands of Tin (England). In Brazil there is evidence of the passage of Phoenicians and everything indicates that they concentrated their attention on the northeast. Mearim Going up the river, Maranhão State, at the confluence of the rivers and Pindaré Grajaú pensive find the lake which was once called Maracu. In this lake, on both sides, there are yards of petrified wood, thick with brass nails and bolts. The researcher Maranhão Raimundo Lopes excavated there in the late 1920s, and tools typically found Phoenicians. Professor Schwennhagen Austrian Ludwig believes that the Phoenicians used Brazil as a base for at least eight hundred years, leaving here, besides the material evidence, an important linguistic influence among the natives. Then there is the famous inscription of the Sugar Loaf in Rio de Janeiro, very well known, who says: "Here Badezir king of Tyre, Jetbaal firstborn." Carthage, the largest colony of Phoenicia, prospered until inherit the former colonial trade by sea. It is Herodotus who tells us that "the Senate of Carthage issued a decree forbidding under penalty of death if they continued making trips to this side of the Atlantic" (Americas) "since the coming of men and continuous resource was depopulating the capital. The Killers
Cinelândia is the popular name of the region surrounding the Praça Floriano Peixoto, the center of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The square was located in a wide open during the construction of Central Avenue (now Avenida Rio Branco), occupying part of the site of the former Convent of Help, built in mid-eighteenth century and demolished in 1911. The idea of \u200b\u200bturning the new square, surrounded by buildings of the National Library, City Hall, the former Supreme Court, Monroe and the Palace Theatre in a Brazilian version of Times Square, came from businessman Francisco Serrador, a Spaniard living in Brazil and owner of casinos, cinemas, theaters and hotels. The name became popular Cinelândia during the '30s, when dozens of nightclubs, bars, restaurants, movie theaters and settled in the region, making it the benchmark for popular entertainment. The Municipal Theater was also the scene of some of the most important political events Brazil's history, as occurred on June 26, 1968, when a crowd gathered there took to the streets to protest the military dictatorship.

The Figueira never had a charter, but had Pelourinho - which is classified and protected as a "National Monument" - rather late in the year that the village was elevated -1771 (time D. I-Joseph Marquis de Pombal).
