balconies balconies here and there on them all .... ornaments from every era and place. 
Oooo would come in here and poatrzylo posiedzialo at passers-by. Unfortunately, not all restaurants are private balconies - some of them are ordinary residential buildings. 
A flag flies above it all .... 
Very nice Manilow (I hope) work. I suspect that these balconies are refurbished after Katrina already.
